Lost Parental PASSWORD HELP

:)301. Reciever...tried lots of stuff unable to unlock some channels as they are LOCKED...Parental LOCKED....
How can I find them and./or reset them........

There is a way to do it.. I cant remember now. Is something to do with the remote control,presing some numbers and a diferent screen appear then u look for the Password..just wait..somebody will respond... Long live the coders and Mili...hehehe

jtag and save the eeprom with jkeys.Open the eeprom with notepad and you can see the password there.

just make a virgin epprom with flash edit.

Hmm...Can't remember if resetting the box will reset the password, but the remote reset procedure is:

(You must press these keys on your remote, in order, and very quickly!)

(1) Press Menu 6, 3, then quickly...
Info, right ->, left <-, tv/video button.

(2) When you get the non-volatile memory is corrupted screen...
Unplug IRD for 1 minute then plug back in.

(3) I know this used to reset the parental password (back in the day).

***Note you may lose all of your settings, favorites, ect. (You may also have to do a CHECK SWITCH again).
