looking for a bin using this numbers i no longer have a jtag mine got damege can some please post a bin that uses this number so i can watch tv...thanx

I assume you plan to program a rom102 Just search for a clean NoRsa modded bin there many around at different sites, if you can't find one just download any NoRsa Aio bin (even an old one will do) Open it with a program like N2edit and clean codespace, then save the file. You now have a clean bin where you can modify tiers, ppv strings, update expire dates, keys etc. etc. then apply the latest blockers....

Most every .bin in the files section are set with those numbers. Most have the NoRSA mod as well.
