Need help please . I have Rom 102 rev 10C. I can not program my card because I for got my pass word. Any one help please

Do you have a copy of the bin with the blocker? Open the eeprom & the password should be in the blocker.

No I don't. any other ways that I can program my card. Or to unlock my card. Thanks in advance.
