how to put icam card onto atmega board?

i knew we can put icam onto bga card-but what about an atmega ? any one know how ?please!

I cut the card in two just below the chip and circuits. Glue the i-cam to the top of the card... Follow the traces to the proper pads on the atmega...solder your wires from the i-cam to the atmega.
