Trying to read and I get this:

Nagramaster say locked card try reading with loader (no atr from nagramaster)

Don't have an answer for you since I don't test that but have a look around, remember reading here that the 10C can be troublesome.

try read in n2edit 2.5x
if you have copy of bin read it verify pw

Do you have a copy of the cards original bin ??

If so load it in n2edit clear the codespace and try writing it to card. Good luck.

I seen DVD tell a member at his site Who was having same problem to use a program called FTAPIRATE UNLOCKER I believe thats correct name.
The guy glitched about 10 min. and regained access to his cam.
It is called unknown provider or soft looped .
There is several scripts for that problem I have seen posted on many sites.
