hello, I have a nice little pile of rom102 cards that were from a long time ago. If I remember right they were a failed write, and now they error out when reading them. I would like to find out if they are usable, because I am running cemu right now and would like to make the switch to plastic. I am not sure what program people are using now days to read these cards so I will post what I get from nagra edit 5.2 and what I get from N2edit v 5.28.
Nagra edit 5.2:
Opening COM1.
ATR String: 3F FF 95 00 FF 91 81 71 FF 47 00 44 4E 41 53 50
31 30 32 20 52 65 76 31 30 38 6F
ROM ID: DNASP102 (ROM102)
REV ID: Rev108
Failed to set IFS.
Failure reading card.
Closing COM1.
N2edit 5.28:
ATR: 3F FF 95 00 FF 91 81 71 FF 47 00 44 4E 41 53 50 31 30 32 20 52 65 76 31 30 38 6F
CAM Type: ROM102 Rev108
Provider: Unknown
Reading Card Image...
Failed to read card.
I have an unlocker, but I cannot find a name on it, and I cannot remember wich one it is. If I makes a difference, I could probably figure it out(it has a clear case and is is probably one of the first ones to come out). Like I said before, I know a little bit about plastic, but only from when the rom102 first got cracked. Any help would be much appreciated
Sorry I just realized one card says somthing different here it is

I attempted to write an image(I dont know if it was virgin) to the card and recieved the same error. I dont think I can write to the card without being able to read it first. As far as forcing it, I tried but it just wouldnt listen:p

Did you try to force a write with NagraMaster? That's what I use on my flaky cards. Sometimes it takes 5-10 attempts to get a good write. I always try to write a virgin image myself.
Don't waste your time with that one ROM101 above...it's not good for anything right now.

OK I found a virgin bin. Here is what I did, I opened the virgin bin in nagramaster 4.1. Then I did a full eeprom to cam. Then it said "error writing at 3080, try a force write" so I tried a force write. Then after a couple of seconds of doing it's thing, it says finished. But when I go to read card eeprom it say tough card may be locked or whatever. I tried this about 6 or 7 times. So unless I am doing somthing wrong, I guess these cards are going to be stubborn.

the unknown providers can be glitched with rebel surf furbar and the rev 108 can be popped with rm_1c..

Hey thanks for the info. I found out that I have a modded t911 clear case. In the past I was able to pop 102's all the time. Now I cannot even get the device to work, when I try to flash I get an error with xp atmel "could not find active atmel". I am guessing I am not getting any communication through the serial port at all, but I have it set up on the computer correctly. Anyway, I will keep on trying, maybe on a different computer. I cannot remember, can I use the same cable for my glitcher as I do my programmer. Should I use PS/2 power AND external power, or just external. Thanks again for all the help, you guys are great

Ok I am getting closer. I got mt t911 working(it was a broken wire). What order do you glitch in rebel surf first or rm_1c.

If its an unknown provider then RM_1A or 1C won't work on it. Also, most folks will tell you to start RM_1C and let it run intil it pops- be careful about letting them run too long with rebelsurfs scripts. All are great scripts but some cards will loop after runnung for 40 minutes or better and you will get a ( no ATR). Hope this helps. J

So it sounds like there is nothing I can do for the "unknown provider"? I have been fooling around with any script I can get my hands on, with no success. I am never really sure what results I am looking for on each script. I also do not know if my t911 is even good enough to do the newer revisions.
I also have a rom 102 that came with a PVR 510 that is rev 10C. I am thinking about giving it a try, but I am not sure if it is even worth trying with my t911. Anyway if my unknown provider cards are worthless, I am more than happy to sacrifice my 10C if there is a small chance I might pop it. Thanks for all the help

Some folks have had success with the NoRSPmod6 script for UP cards. I looped two 10cs- one at 220 ohms and one at 700 ohms(saw in another thread a while back). I also looped one using rebelsurfs fubar script. 10Cs are a real pain, but I would continue to try the other UPs(Rev108) with the NoRSp script- just read to get an idea about the ohms and switch configuration for your loader and don't just walk away and let it run. Twenty minutes to 1/2 hour and stop program, unplug all the cables, SLIGHTLY change ohms, hook back up and restart. I also had a T-911 w/4053s. Couldn't get it to work on anything over rev105. Ordered a Nexus from Mili and popped a Rev107 in no time with the NoRSPMod6 script. Good Luck!!

I have been running the norspmod6 script in every combination of dip switch and ohm setting I can think of. The script just keeps going with no success. I even left it going overnight once just to see what would happen, and it was still going. I am having a hard time finding settings for this t911 because it is so old. Does anyone have a recommended place to start with this t911? I was also wondering if there are reputable people out there that unlock these cards, because that might be an option I am willing to take. Thanks
