I have been using an autoroll bin that I have been trying to change it from public to private. I change all the information and reload my tiers. When I put it in my IRD I get the 005 nag. I know I am using the correct keys.
Thanks,

Going from public to private requires more than just editing the receiver number and boxkeys into the receiver flash...what have you done?
What receiver you using?

I am trying to get it to work in a 510. I have read how to vid mod it but I thought it would be easier to change the BIN. I have just been changing the IRD #, Box Keys etc... The IRD has the original TSOP. I have not modified anything on the TSOP. I have an original bin that I have gotten all the information from. I havve only been change the information on the Rom 102 card. Any help would be great.
Thanks,

Which AutoRoll bin are you using and was it working properly with public? Any 005 nag?

I am using Rom102 Public AR AIO 04/01/08 (http://www.card-coders.com/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=1824) from card-coders. I do not get the 005 nag with public info. I have been using this BIN for quite a while just not with private numbers.
Thanks,

If you have the original bn102 that is married to the 510 it should be easy.
If not you will have to mod the 510.

Simply editing in your receiver number and boxkeys will NOT make that bin work on private numbers.

I have the original BIN that is maried to the IRD. I don't have an AR blocker scriipt to patch it with. Thats why I have been trying to modify the public AR BIN. I am doing this for a friend and he wants it to be an AR BIN.
Thanks,

You can try transferring your keys fronm the original bn102 to the AR bin, it might work, I dont have a lot of faith it will, but it might.

Thanks,
Open the original bn102 with Gendt08, save the keys, then open the AR bin and apply those saved keys. Save that and write it to card....Seems like I tried that once and it didnt work, but I am not positive of that.

if Im not mistaken, by using the AR feature - you may be exposing yourself to an ECM's - better off updating keys manually if you don't have cards to spare

Running AR does expose you to MECMs. If you tinker your filters just so, you can avoid most MECMs that have rogue code in them. It's all about the filters baby!
Of course running AR is risky... thats part of the game!
