Is rom 103 rev 38b unlockable by this time?

Rumor is abound that some have opened them, but as of yet...no verifiable proof that they have. Until I see it unlock a REV 13B in MY COMPUTER, I don't believe it.

And I (for one) am unwilling to just throw the precious few I have into a loader and run random scripts at them.
