Help Unknown provider Setting ISF

Had a 102 used for yrs. just tried to reload today and popped in unlock card and bam
error
tried to reset ATR
rom 102 Setting ISF
Rev cant be seen.
Tried to force write and just errors out.
Did my card get streamlocked?
How or what can I do to fix this? Did I make an ice scraper?

Are you using an "unlocker" to read that card? or an ISO reader/writer?
Which program? Looks like NagraEdit. Have you tried N2Edit?

Have tried N2Edit V7 with programmer, Nagraedit 5.2
Winexp 5.0 with both programmer and unlocker.

When I try to run unlocker script I get error something about shell.script or something. Any advice?

I also tried unlocking with the accurate password and gets error msg.

When I try to run Nagraedit to remove lock I am getting a bad communications error.
When I try to reset atr, I get Richedit line insertion error??
What does that mean?

1.-Check all your conections very well FIRST!!!!.
2.-Try to get an eraser (use a pencil eraser) and clean the chip on your card, could be dirty. 3.-Try to flash your unlocker, if it can be flashed, the conection are ok....If not, something is wrong with your PC port, or glitcher...Try also to switch to another PC......
