Got an untouch yellow 102 Rev 105 w/good ATR,but no way to install an intercept. Any locksmith out there I could mail it to?

Man if i were you i would just buy a nexus unlocker from milli for 49 bucks and do it yourself. If you send it away to be unlocked you will most likly have to pay someone (and shipping n handling) to have it unlocked. You might not even get it back.
If you get your own unlocker you will learn and have a new toy.:)
