You'd definately need access to the satelite uplink center if you want to broadcast any channels.

When you say broadcast what do you mean explain in detail like do you want to send it thru a cable to 20 rooms in a motel that can be done but to do that you need a ird for every channel you want or do you just want to send it to rooms in your house.
