what sats are you aiming yur dishes at and what type of switches and lnb's are you using?.......it's not unusual for suns disconnect while they are working on things.....do y0u have to turn rcvr off/on or does it come back on by itself?.......how are you connecting the rcvr to the internet....hardwired or wls?......fill in some details of what you know about what you are doing and have tried and that'll help to troubleshoot......worthy of note is that some bev channels will show suns disconnected if the head end is not sending what you need for those channels yet......ppv for sure will show that message

Thanks spanga. well I'm using the phoenix, with 1.50.3 bin. connected to a wireless router via homeplug wire, one at the receiver and other connected to the router. all channels showing no service ( in any words I'm not getting anything) when I tried to update via remote some times connects and starts dowloanding then it fails. tells me to retry. At one point I was not able to get the ip etc reboot and stard getting all the numbers, that's when I tried to update, no luck. Setting up all my sat and scanning was fine I got evrething for bev and dish 110 and 119. Also. in occasions the receiver reboot by itself. My main concern is to know if the phoenix is working with 1.50.3 bin or not. If they are down then perhaps there is not much I can do, but if it is up and running for other users then some work I must do. Thank you for your help guys

been reading that some are having the same issues with that version.....i'd sugest doing a factory default from the menu a coupla times and then try to load the bin and redo sat settings......if it won't come down the chute complete via the web i'd try loading the file in via a serial cable connected direct to pc.......if all that is no go then perhaps back to the previous version......the latest offers some additional features but none necessary.......
