I really think that all the new changes to the site has been fantastic. There is however one aspect that I have been truly missing, the dog who I have seen every time i come to the site. I always thought the dog was the mascot A very familiar sight that I petition to return if at all possible. Anyone else who feels the same please chime in !

A little visual help for us old guys.......
Mili has done a bang up job upgrading the site software. It's a lot of work and we appreciate it. Thanks mili for a great site and your efforts!
The new site colors have been commented on by many.
I've found a work-around users that may have bad eyesight (old lefty included).
It's all done in your browser! It's quick and easy to do and easily reversible.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Internet Explorer 7 version
In the menu bar Select Tools > Internet Options > then choose the General Tab. At the bottom of that panel there is the 'Appearance' section.
Step 1 - Choose the Colors button and a new panel pops up. In that panel, un-tick the 'Use Windows Colors' option and the color sample boxes below it will become active. You can now choose the text, background and other colors to suit your tastes. You can optionally tick the 'Hover' option.
Click the OK button to accept the changes. The changes may not be seen yet, but read on! You're halfway there!
Step 2 - Back to the 'Appearances' section of the General Tab. Choose the 'Accessibility' button. A new panel pops up. There are three options for Formatting. Tick the option to 'Ignore colors specified on webpages'. The other two options are font related - change them or leave alone as you wish. Then click OK and you'll see the change is immediate. (The 'User Style Sheet' section is another area that bears study. If you are programming literate, search the net for ways to tinker with that).
Click OK to accept the changes and go back to the site. These changes do not require you to restart Internet Explorer.
You should see your changes onscreen right away.
Bear in mind these changes will take effect on every web page you visit afterwards! No problem! Just go back and re-tick the 'Use Windows Colors' and un-tick 'Ignore colors specified on webpages', click OK to apply and all is back to the way it was before! Change them anytime you wish!
Here are the custom color numbers I came up with that approximates the old site dark blue. Enter these into the 'Define Custom Colors' option.
Hue:165 Sat:115 Lum:30 - Red:21 Green:17 Blue:46
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Firefox v3.07 version
You can also change Firefox screen settings!
Select Tools in the Menu Bar. Then choose Options. You will now see the Fonts and Colors section of that panel. Select Colors. Un-tick Use System Colors and the Allow pages to use there own colors options. Select the colors you want to use and click OK to apply the new settings. The only difference from IE7 is you cannot customize the colors. You can though easily reverse the process.
Enjoy!
Thanks to others who have helped in this browser tweak.
You know who you are!
