Can i get indian channels with slinger?

currently testing 3100 receiver with st19 emulation on d*sh networkwith private info.I have married rom102 image..Can i test all indian channels with slinger?i don't know somebody has subbed d*sh network so i can't share with anybody.Is it possible to get all these channels from any public server?Is public server is working with all indian channels open?thanks in advance..
