YES, you NEED and internet connection.
Some international channels are available...I think there is a list around here somewhere that states which ones.
No PORN yet...promised soon.
No Pay-Per-View yet...and no promises for it.

This is not a "wide-open" hack. It is a "workaround" that will let you have "common" subscribed channels. Do not count on there being extended PPV availability...maybe the PPV boxing, WWE, and UFC matches.
