Plz Help with New Slinger

Today i got my slinger.... I would try to setup but i cant.... i try through setup guide link but i didnt get anything.........there is Message" The smart card is not insert correctly" also I can't get slinger Led Solid green.... plz help me as soon as possible. i am using Bell ineternet service with built in wireless modem/router.also using HD 6000 dish reciever with private key Bin..........Plz help

what kind of router. if it is one of them westell or twowire POS your gona have to log into it and find where to use ip passthrough from the static slnger ip to the gateway
use the modem/routers ip addy as gateway on slinger and the mac addy also.
another term on them bellsouth shitz is to port foward all traffic from the slinger ip addy to the gateway to the internet.
