BIN Editior - CAM IRD BOX doesn't get populated

I used jkeys to write EEPROM from my IRD and used that to load for BIN Editor but the cam ird and box all remain "0"s. In the instructions I see the values getting populated. Please advice.

Okay I got pass this but now the slinger goes from red to orange and stays solid orange. This looks to be network issues I will have to investigate.
