I get the 019 nag also but have read to undo power for a few seconds and this should work. But then I get 349 nag you are attempting to use a version of the smard card that is incompatible with this receiver. This is a 510 with private numbers also tried it on a 301-10 with public get the 019 but not the 349. Here is my log
