is there a 241 single 2313 flash anywhere?

anyone seen or know where to get single chip 241 flash for emu?

Try this one I don't use a one flash but I generated it with G3 generator that works using winex script. You will have to convert the text file to a hex file if you don't know how post you don't know how and I will attach it in the file area.

The second file the G3 generator is used with winex to make flashes.

The problem you will encounter is the 2313 chip needs like 4K of memory and it only has 2K. If your using a 8515 avr chip then your good I think they have 4K. I will post the 2 chip 2313 flash under this post you could try it worst case it might work.
