How to for private info with slinger

Okay for all of you havening problems with there private ROM 102 EEPROM or ROM 103 EEPROM for that matter but I’ve not test it with 103EEPROM But it should work …..If you getting black screen no video or sound that’s not slinger what causing that....its your 102 EEPROM try this....because I know it works I've test it with 2 slingers in 2 different IRD’s(I've 510 working with this way)
The programs you need to get started alongside your ROM 102 card EEPROM file that is married to your receiver. And Dish Public Clean ROM102 at rev 103.bn102 that’s located in IKSlingerVersion1.08\Dumps directory...

Let gets stated some of you may know this but for folks don’t know we going to transfer all private 102bin info to Dish Public Clean ROM102 at rev 103.bn102 that you got from IKSlingerVersion1.08\Dumps folder.
1) Open GetCamInfo ll and open your private 102bin EEPROM.
2) Open GetCamInfo ll again and open the Dish Public Clean ROM102 at rev 103 lets call it (Dish Public)
3) Now open Rom Explorer Alpha3a and open dish public bin from Dumps folder.
4) In Rom Explorer select replace from you edit drop down menu. Tine window will open.
5) Now look at the option 2 remember GetCamInfo where you open Dish public bin Copy the camid and paste it into RomExplorer
6) Copy the camid from your private102bin image and paste it into "replace with" in romexplorer and hit Replace All button.
7) Do the same find and replace in RomExplorer with your Ird, ird B. Box keys and your dt06 and dt08.
8) Ones you done with that in RomExplorer save this bin with name like Slinger bin or whatever you like to call it …..
9) now open you private bin IN GetCamInfo ll and Slinger bin and verify all the info should match … now load this bin Slinger bin to slinger ….
This info will help those who’ve resolve there networking problem and get green led on slinger but no video or sound so discuses your private bin matter here thanks….

I followed to the t and now I get audio on 300 but no video, using a 501, light was green on channel 500 changed to 300 and it goes orange and stays there. I am using my image from a romcode with public cam, could this be the problem

I think you are supposed to be using a blockerless "clean" image. Try it exactly how Ozone has it in the instructions above.

I did, just copied over the cam info and all the other from my image of the cleaned card I use for romcode to the clean dish image from the slinger software, I do get audio on 300 and a few other channels, the light will blink green until I change channels and it turns to orange and stays there for a while.

If the Original Bin Has no Dt08 just skip this .??, no need to replace with a thing .??, because in my original bin it shows nothing there at all., and in the slinger public there is.

My BEV 5100 ex-sub has the DT08 numbers when I check it on GetCamInfoII (and it works, I just cleaned my bin) --- my Dish 501 is still up with my rom102 but I was just making some tests because I married this IRD myself. When I look at my bin in GetCamInfo II I don't see any DT08 numbers either... could this be the problem?

Anyway, I presume to marry the Dish public bin with your IRD should fix the problem too, no?

Also, anyone knows what this means?

I have a 501 IRD with romcode. When I clean the card with romcode app it opens it up to a rev 103. This clean image does not have DT08 info on it.

Can I transfer this romcode clean image, boxkeys and IRD info to the public bin provided with the slinger using public image's DT info? I wouldn't like to JTAG my 501 again.

That is what I did for my PVR 510 that suposeddly yo do not need DT08 information but I left the one on the publick bin and that make the trick I was watching TV with a lot of freezing with the old server and software 1.8

Ok, i followed Ozone instructions step by step for private infos to copy my private bin infos on the Dish public clean rom 102 but when i turn on my 510, it seems that i don't have my cam id, the ird number is ok but no numbers for the cam is shown except all zeros;

I know that my firmware is not up to date (latest is P407) but i don't know how to force it to take the update but does it really has something to do with my cam id...

Not sure what i'm doing wrong;

Hi;

I'm trying to use my private numbers for dish and did follow also every instructions(RomExplore,DCM Cloner) to a t also but only get black screen with guide and infos,so for me the better way to make it work is to flash my ird 510 to Dish public numbers for slinger... There's alot of tsop bank for 510, not sure which i have to use and does it have to be with the build config EAEA like in the infos of the Dish public rom 102 for slingers...

For those having trouble copying your bin info from a private bin to a bin for Slinger use, I highly recommend DCM Bin Cloner v1.0 - it works fantastic!

Whatever method works for you, cool.

But this got my 942 going first time!

I had success with genDT08 SK 3.3 Also worked first time on a 722, just had to reboot a few times to get a green light.

having problem when I clone a bin that does not have the dt08 info, could Mili post a bin that does not have the dt08 or is their another way around it
