as of last night ,slinger not communicating ,orange only

is or are the servers not working know or its just me for now.??, my slinger worked for few hours then only solid orange ., only gets the green when the IRD is booting ...etc., all black screen.??
is this how it will be , what will happen when 1000s of people try to logg on these servers.??

hey glad its not me only , well hate to say this., oh well ., anyhow do you guys think its going to be this way all the way and worse .??, as these guys make cash from all of us buying these units , if they dont or cant make them work well , there is a great chance they just bail out .?, no.

I hope they release the software as of know and let other smart guys work on it., in the mean time few guys can share a bill and exchange channels from the slinger , if this way can work better maybe., otherwise better off not to buy this Gizmo., at all

I just managed to make that slinger work, only thing is I'm also getting the orange led when looking for video. But aside from the server being down, I managed to make this thing work.

If the server gets back online, expect my tutorial on how I managed to make it work... guess I went from many of the most common problems everybody had at the beginning. from the ports not communicating to a bad married bin, so I had to JTAG my server to put public info in it.

actually that post of yours helped me get on the right track and both tools were acutally very useful. Thanks!!!

I'm using romcode blocker, so to actually make a married clean image om my 102 plastic I have to clean romcode space. In doing so, the program deletes all tier information an DT08.

What I think I'm gonna do now is to actually put DT06 and DT08 from the public image, into my private ex-romcode bin and load it to the slinger, but I'm not sure that might work. I'm not very familiar with the DT08 editing.

hi all,
I guess we all experience the well known global freezing problems, at time better than the other, Bev side is no better, sometime not even work for over 8 hours, it is better then a month ago but I never expect going to be this bad, sort of like sitting duck, unless we can share the keys and become a private server, well I believe dish side has more channels? On bev side, only the basic channels nothing else works, anyone know if the engineers on the other end work on the bev side at all? thank in advance
