Prepare to get flammed!!!!!!!

ps

I think nfusion had some big busts in Canada?? I will say this if iks is going to work for the masses you got as big a shot as anyone. Look on the back of your box it should have an ethernet connection if so you most likely qualify for iks. You need to go to a nfusion forum and see how to hook up and where to hook up, etc. Someone here may know like Crow.

J5063 (http://www.dssftp.com/forum/member.php?u=42844), it you've been useing the Nfusion for 2-3 years
with no down time
you had to have had it hooked up to the Ethernet port.
It has worked only by IKS (internet key sharing 99.9/10% of the time).
This should answer the rest of ur questions.

1. Yes, nFusion is IKS. But your box doesn't have the "new" security chip in it that the Solaris and HD do...that may pose a problem for you in the future.
2. No one knows what will stay "up" once the N3 migration is complete
3. Just because it has a smartcard reader doesn't mean ANYTHING
4. Don't think ANY FTA has been leeching cards for QUITE a while...and the coders that wrote those BINs do not work for nFusion
5. Crystal ball time...no one knows if ANY FTA (or even the Slinger for that matter) will be up a few months from now
6. Well, as long as the servers are able to serve up the updates, you "should" be able to watch TV
7. The reason you are watching N3 broadcasts is because of the Internet KeySharing, YES.

No one knows if the nFusion (or ANY other device) will weather the N3 migration.....that is why it's called TESTING and not THE SURE THING.
