can any buddy help
I don't know about mili's max/mel board or not, but most boards require a separate chip programmer for programming the atmel2313 chip and are not "inline" programmable. Mili's board might be programmable without a separate chip programmer, I don't know for sure. Newer versions of the chip are called the attiny 2313. Same thing for most purposes. I use fbprg16 to program chips. It's pretty straight forward. Just follow the instructions. It's a boot disk, so have your programmer plugged in and reboot into fbprg16 and go from there. The program should be in the files section along with flashes.

Because it looks like on mill’s max-mel programmer is that you have to put the chip in the programmer on mills max-Mel it has 2 chips one is the 2313 now my gust is that you take the chip out of the max-Mel and put it in the programmer look in mills store and you can see
Yes, you remove the atmel chip from the socket, put it in the socket in the programmer and then program. Be sure to note the divet mark on the chip and on the socket. That's how the chip lines up in the socket. Be very careful and gently remove the chip from the socket so as not to break any legs off the chip.
