I have been trying to clone a 301-013 to a 301-010 and everytime I use Flash_cloner I get a "runtime error 13 mismatch" when I try to save tsop. I have tried 3 different computers, Any suggestions?

the 301-013 is a single TSOP ird compared to the 301-010 which has two TSOP's hench the mismatch error

Yes, But I thought flash cloner would clone from one receiver to the other anyways and why does it shut the program down when the error comes up.

I have never tried to clone a 4MB flash to two 2MB flashes...but I am willing to admit that Giz has sound logic here (as much as I hate to admit it).
The runtime error is probably a VBASIC error, produced when the program cannot compute the proper tables for translation between models. In other words "Dat chit won't werk dat way".

Did you review the sticky posts in this section of the forum? It's there.

Cloning to a -010 from a -013 is not easy, I have done several. I can use flash cloner and winhex or just winhex.
Problem is that while a -010 will accept SKs from a -013 they are put in a non standard location and programs like flashedit can't find them so it reads it wrong. This clone does work, I assure you.
If you get stuck, shoot me an email with the -013 tsop and I'll send you a -010 tsop setup.

No idea as to the error, I just finished trying it again, no problem with any error in flashcloner.
It is not an easy clone, I doubt you will get it following the sticky as a -010 is not an SK receiver but SKs will work in it.
What I do is edit the receiver number and boxkeys into it normally so they show up correctly, then add Sks with the cloner, then go back to flashedit and correct the checksums, EXCEPT don't correct the CRC.
I cloned a 311 to a -010 once, could not get it to work, until I cloned the 311 to a -013 then the 013 to a -010. But then I did not have the 311 tsop, just the read of the SKs from the ex-subbed card.

Well I successfully cloned a 301-013 to a 301-010 using Flash_Cloner V2.1. I found a 301-010 tsop with P392 software and made sure the move sk/DT08 button was on and just followed instructions. Then I put the purple card in the receiver and it updated properly. I also tried newer software and tried p214 software and none of that worked properly for me. I tried to follow the sticky above but had problems making a .fs file. But anyways I'm set.
Thanks
