Help with error messages

Im trying to write to the tsop on a bev 3100 (useing jkeys) and i get this error message when hit the 'flash program' button "LSI control unavailable, use slow programing" and this error message ir i try to erase... well , anything "error detecting eraseing sector" Thoughts? Advice?

Tsop was erased and power was cycled to the ird, You will need to use the program wall or edit the jkeys definitions to reload it.
