I have been looking into purchasing a Vip 722 & Slinger. How do you get the Vip 722 to record if the Slinger goes into standby mode after a few hours? If I am gone all day, and have programming scheduled to record, will it not be recorded because the Slinger (& Vip 722) are in standby mode? Is there a way to change this?
