When I subscribe to the private section, will 5.1 "dedicate" itself to the puter? Can I make hardware changes to puter without screwing up 5.1? Other sites tell you not to make changes, but due to a memory problem I added memory and had no effect. Sometimes I would like to move loader or flash card reader from main puter to lappie.

If you are talking about 5.4, it does "dedicate" to the computer. You can change things like memory or I/O cards. You can't use a different computer unless you buy an extra key. They were $25.00 last I knew.

Thanks for the info..I have an enc windowexp from another site and you couldn't make any hardware changes. If you installed it on another puter you bought another key. I couldn't install my lappie to the network card on the puter without winexp goofing up, so I took it off. So this version will allow me to change hardware(monitor,scanner, etc,)if need be without winexplorer goin inoperative?...

You can't change CPU, harddrive, or network I believe, but if you upgrade your hard drive and all else is the same, mili will give you a new key.
