Hi, a friend of mine is returning to his home country (Colombia-South America) and is planning to take one of the systems with him (2700), will he be able to test with an standard dish 500 antenna or will he need a different one?

Any suggestion/comment will be appreciated

thx,

ryan

I would like to add a question I have search this and other forum to find a channel list of what are the advantages of getting 101 and 119. I have a few extra chanells and receiver says I have signal on both sats but I cant see the advantage. Hell twist one of them to the left a little and it gives me the test 110 station but no signal bar indisator on the screen. Does anyone have a link or listing of what chanels come off which sat,
I have looked maybe I am overlooking it and if it is right before my eyes I will stick my hand in a fan for punishment.
I will comment when I first put the switch in line and pointed (by eyball) the extra dish I had lot of extra channels but it was mostly the simpsons 24/7. I know that aint rite. 30 minutes a week of that aint rite.
point the way great ones I will do the footwork but I need headed in the rite direction.
