Updates P212, P213, and P214 for the DP301-010 ONLY! Were targeting the softlock location. I've been manually entering the softlock on this receiver. Need a program like hex editor and the softlock goes in SA8 sector of TSOP 1.
It's at offset 0000BF7C Just enter:
E6A5 FFC8 3081 8500
Save it and write just sector SA8 on TSOP 1.

lwood in hex workshop click on the options tab and make sure the file offset option has the hex checkmarked. Open up your read of sector 8 of TSOP1 in hex workshop. This will only work if the firmware version is P214.
Look on the left side. That list is the offset numbers. The number you see is the offset number for the first byte of the line its in.
Remember this is in hex. So it counts a bit different. Instead of 1-9 it's 0-F. eg:
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F
So counting back from BF7C would go something like this:
BF7C BF7B BF7A BF79 BF78 ect.
All that was a bit to help learn about hex numbering. Now here's the bit that gets you to the exact spot you want.
Click on the Edit tab. Click on Goto in the pull down menu. Click on the hex then click on the beginning of file settings. Enter BF7C in the box. Click on go. That will take you right to offset 0000BF7C. You can confirm by looking at the offset setting in the lower left box. Start entering the numbers E6A5 etc.
Save the file then write that saved file to SA8 in TSOP 1.

Thanks for the help, I just have a one question on softlock.
I put my digital lock on unlock position to make softlock work. If I get an ECM, will it protect my tsop or I have to load the whole flash1 again?
