help with J-TAG-M

Try Jkeys 2.9.9. Your settings should be set to 0x378. When you're ready to jtag, connect it to IRD, then apply power.

hi all
i have a 3900 model dishnet
lately i baught a J-TAG-M
i ve tried to get the keys ...nothing i got UNKNOWN DEVICE as a message every time.
op win 98
conn LPT JTAG on 0X3B
program IKEYS D2
RECEIVER 3900
device J-TAG-M
the receiver should be ON/OFF?

i don t know what else i need to put as an info
i ve gone nut with this
please help
