Activation with No 745 Boards down????

Hi all, just wondeing if there is something new going on in the stream, cause my NO 745 board will not work with activation.... Tried all the tips and tricks, but when I use act, picture freezes within 5 min, and stays frozen..... It works with my 3M, but no go with act.... What's up????
