forget that get a sombrero and it will do it. The voltmeter method requires that you be very good at board work. Sombrero is much easier but still requires you be careful.

The Sombrero is only for the 7100/7200 Dish Players. The F040 Readers are around $350.00. Best and least expensive is to get the Keys from the Card that was Subbed with the Receiver.
