301.013 IRD and jKeys

Ok. I give up!

What's the trick to get jkeys (tries version 2.0.1 & 2.9.9) to reconize a 301.013 IRD? I can pull up a 3900/3700/301.010/501/508 but not a 301.013. I know the jtag is good and I fortunatly have a 301.013 IRD with the jtag hole on the bottom to make this easier. Is there a trick I don't know about?

Please help!
