Time waiting for signal?

I currently have Dish model 4700. Each time I got nag, unplug and replug the power cord, I have to wait about 35 to 40 seconds.
Does model 301. 010 time waiting is less or the same as model 4700

They all take forever to download satellite and guide info after a reboot or a card out and in.
