hi guys i had a 2700 that was ecmd cocd so i went and found some firmware coc? it gets the guide but all the channels are black and it seems it wont update left it off all night can i try another flash or does it have to have the same first three letters any help thanks

first 2 letters with matching bootstraps in most cases are interchangeable providing you have matching eeprom or make a virgin in fe.

yah i did it before i knew about sa5 got the right ird and boxkeys just doesnt seem to work iam going to try a couple others i guess i will let you know what happens
