301 TSTOP flashing

I have aquired a 301.010 IRD. The build configuration listed on the board is EAED. It has been flashed with EAEA TSTOP's and the j-tag read is EAEA. It will not power up. Can I program the eeprom and TSOP's with EAEA even though the board says EAED? I have found an EAED virgin eeprom bin in the files section, but I can"t find EAED TSTOP bins.
Any suggestions? Does anyone have EAED TSTOP bins? Thank you

Yes you can...Make sure you edit the tsop bin with your info before you flash it back!

I will use EAEA for the eeprom bin and both TSTOP bins.
