I've done a bit of looking around for you. Now provided you have already done a soft reboot and a hard reboot, you are gonna need to call the service department.

I have an RCA that is doing the same thing. I was told by many others in another forum that the box was rec'ing an update and was unplugged in the middle of that update or power problem occured at that time when the update was applying. I was told now the hardware is locked for good. Kinda like the BIOS on a PC. If you update it and power goes off.... you might as well attach a chain to it and use it as an anchor. So I think that they are pretty much useless unless you have RCA fix it and send you a new one. That is if you have it subbed. Just thought I would let you know what I have heard... I have been looking for a solution for three months and found nothing.
