need help tsop 3100

i have a 3100 and it was hit had all 00000001 i read to flash the sa3 and put it back in stream after doing it it will not boot i read it and i have no boot strap light wount come on is this right i just did a 2700 and had no problems

Don't 'flash' SA3. You need to erase SA3, then restream.

thats what i ment i didnt flash it i erased it then unpluged it and hooked
it up for restream and plug it back in my cfg is eafd and i dont see one
in the file download will any tsop 3100 bin work if i need it

express99 earase about 5 time.Then stream IRD. I posted this question but have not recieved any response.Maybe you can help.I downloaded a tsop file from the download section for a 2700 and the file size is 230KB not 512KB thus can't open with Flashedit.Any idea's

try redownloading it again you could have had a bad download if it is only 230ks then it no good look for another one it should be 512
