Damn these 431's..error on trap

when I go to the tools and passive trap, i do the 7ffe0000 and 60 and then I write byte and it says , error occured attempting trap request,,i tried numerous times, yes I am in boot from link mode,,,I tried version 2 and 2.10 of Jkeys, always the same...WHY

isn't it 2.10.9.13 for the latest? not that this makes any diff, it might. I've only done 430's, and I try to do each several ways until I get results I like. Can't say that I hit any on the first try, but they all work when I'm done....try a couple variations, maybe your procedure is f'ing you.

the passive trup DCU stuff is NOT needed, just eliminate that step, you'll do fine........

if you want to unlock sector 31, then go to dev panel, BEFORE doing anything else, and put the address 7FFE0084, and write 60, then DO, it will unlock sector 31, then the chip will completely erase.
