cant flash 420

I Have Flashed Sevaral different irds to the no z mod.....but i have about a 25 percent failure rate and i cant figure it out .....the ird is detected properly by jkeys (several versions) but when i power in boot from link mode i get ...DCU peak....i have 2 pc's i use both are newer pc"s....any thoughts would be appreciated...thanks

what version JKEYS are u using? if you are using 2.0 use 2.9 and vice versa. if u get a DCU error, reboot the IRD by unplugging, plug back in and hit OK button within 3 tics.
