nextel blackberry/boost?

ok I asked this ? awile back but cant find it ... I have a nextel blackberry curve . and I switched it over to boost mobile. and when I did thay had flash it to boost mobile .. does anyone know were to get the flash softwere to do that .. the ass that did it for me said that I took out the sim card and he would have to redo it and said he was chargeing 50$ when I did not even mess with the phone

Call RIM - Blackberry at customer service, probably they will ask for some kind of proof that it is your phone.

well it is my phone and I do pay boost mobile every mounth it not like im stealing anything .. it just that because it is not a boost mobil phone so thay say thay can not help me .
