Looking for additional info from the folks who know.
Mili (or anyone else reading),
I've read the Sticky post about proxies. Very easy to follow and very much appreciated. Question though: And this may be me looking for more than is needed. Only 1 proxy can be entered into Lan Settings at a time. Suppose we've found several good, fast proxies we like at once. Is it possible, or even more or less useful, to have multiple anon proxies entered into the LAN settings so that they change from time to time, at random intervals? Even if that random change is caused by an external program or script. Or does changing anon proxies from time to time really help in anonimity? Manually changing them is easy enough but still takes time and an automated system would be useful. Or does the changing of proxies from time to time lessen the protection of anonimity in some way? I'm certainly no expert. But obviously I followed your easy to follow instructions closely enough to get it right. Just wondering if there is more that can be done. Thanks in advance. nightwing2000 Curiosity killed the cat. And the cat made a tasty roadkill. ![]() |
