Propel Accelelerator opinions
My local ISP is now offering the Propel Accelerator software for about $3.50/month. Does anyone have any experience or opinions about this software and does it really speed up your internet? My understanding is all this software does is set up a proxy server on your system and give you a dedicated connection with the ISP. How would this effect anonymity and security? Thanks
