For most of our DSS applications be sure to get a 90S2313-10PI or -10PC. The slower 4Mhz chips may not function as well. Be sure it is a 20pin DIP not SMT, etc.
Digikey also has them but ordering single chips can be outlandish $. If this is for a max-mel emu make sure you flash it with 380.hex from a DOS bootdisk. cancom |
