Best emulation board and Progee?

What is the best board for emulation and which emulation program will give me the least trouble to set up
I’m looking at getting a 2700 BEV with a rom3 @ rev381 …. What does that meen

Rom 3 is the revision of the card and 381 is the bin revision but since you are going to emulate that does not matter becuase the card is not used.Easiest CEMU program ? Good Q. Look for muti cemu and extract to a floopy . Edit the CEMU1.ini file with your ird ; box keys ; cam and zip and save . Your done. Once you get that going look for CEMU87a . When you get that running remove the ppv tier and buy your ppv's. That is cool . Good luck.
