Screen scrolling because probably you try to fix it with your remote. Somehow, the video output setting goes to PAL. You must set it back to NTSC.
Use the remote, press MENU, DOWN twice, then OK, press RIGHT until the screen come back to normal.
While waiting for the fix, head for al7bar.tk. Register to be a member, do some reading, then by the time the fix is out you'll be able to load the fix to your box by yourself.
