Setup Help

Hi
I have a 7200 pvr. I am trying yvous1.4 with it. I have an avr6 which I flashed with IRD2PCV2_381.pfg using jeeper. I boot up and insert my avr6 which is connected to com1 and I get a message of "first byte is not 0x21."

Anyone have any suggestons??
Thanks

I had this problem also. My problem was the cable to the computer was too long. It was 50feet. I chopped it down to 15 and it worked. Also check your baud rate on the com port.
