it is a motorola c331.i'd think it is older software. while you're at it do you know of a way to break the lock or security code for any cell phones?

I have a motorola v60i cell phone that keeps picking up and dropping the signal every couple of seconds. I can't use it to make a call because of this. Could this be one of those that were recalled sometime ago or can the problem be solved by a local technician?thanks
