Has anyone taken a look at p4-filesupdatepack.rar in the public file downloads yet (and if ya can't find it there, then DON'T as ask me for it - once again - DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ask me where this file is located or for me to send it to you).

Note - this file was still listed there for dl as of 05.25.04 @ 4:45 pm EST incase it isn't there now...

In particular, read my post. The files are all old HU or H scripts that have been altered and renamed.

It's really obvious when you look at the scripts themselves and see the E3 & 9 hole, USW63, etc...

As Mili mentioned, it is quite amusing to watch all the DTV addicts chasing their tails trying to get it to work, even AFTER I de-bunked it.

I tested the P4ppv1 and p4ppv2 files in the P4-files update pack using an H card iso programmer. I was able to order PPV's with a former sub P4 that is married to a sony B2. Before testing all channels were 721 including the ppv. I'll post when it quits working and what happens if I try it again after it quits working.

I can confirm this. Previous subbed P4/Tivo deactivated. Ran PPV1 & 2 on card
and PPV is back.
Settings:
WT2Plus Flash
Mikobu 3 w/Jumper off.

YES, it does work, if you haven't gotten it to work, you doing something wrong.
Card & receiver must be married.

I'll honor Quasi's request and close out this thread - the subject matter has indeed been cussed and discussed all over the place.
Let's don't start any censorship threads - all I'm doing is tidying up the place a bit.

This file is a small step in the right direction, nothing more. Testing is encouraged, by all means - but if you feel you're actually hacking P4 cards, you're trying to jet set without a jet. Just put it in perspective, and you won't be disappointed.
