Mili what is going on, does this P4 hack have legs

I think it's safe to say that while some things hold some promise there is still no Actual HACK for the P4... A HACK would mean (to me anyways) being able to wipe PPv's, set limits, open all channels, and unmarrying the card.

Hey it's better than nothing. WOuld you rather that nobody posted anything until a hack by your definition presents itself? If you have been around long enough, you'd know that this is NEVER the way it happens. It happens just like it is right now. A little is leaked, then a little more, then soon an activation appears, then a 3m, then eventually an unlooper. This is just history repeating itself. DO you guys recall the utter bullshit P3 hack? DO you remember all the dudes posting that they had a friend of a friend who's aunt has a dog that they bought from a guy who's brother hacked his card? All the guys that flamed and said "bullshit, prove it or close the thread". LOL We all know how that turned out don't we. Look I'm not saying that there aren't bullshitters out there, but there seems to be a few that may be onto a start of something. I think we are still a ways off from a "full blown hack", but who cares? Progress is the name of the game, and sensorship does nothing to help this. Just judge for yourself, or even test for yourself if you are so inclined, but to say that no hack exists just because you are not watching tv is really quite rediculous. How do you know what is going on behind closed doors? There should have been lessons learned when so many gave all these scientific reasons why the P3 couldn't and wouldn't be hacked, then within weeks, the P3 lay spread eagled ready for anyone to rape it. For the most part, I think people are jonesing so hard for their tv back, and are really quite pissed that there was a gap this time around in the "JOY", that anyone who claims any kind of progress is going to get reamed a new A-hole unless they can get your tv back for you. That kind of attitude is really what helped drive off some of the brightest minds out there from our hobby. Just sit back and relax. Stuff is happening alot faster now, and I have a feeling something is about to break in the comming weeks, if not, then Dishnet is always an option, right Mili? Think of the P4 as a tight little virgin. You can't just expect to get them panties off on the first date. You have to wine and dine her, then start with a little making out, then copping a feel or two, then maybe...just maybe.............BAM! Get the picture?

Who are you??? Have you read any of my posts?? If you take alook at the thread started by YeahRight I'm one of the few that A) didn't flame him or put him down, B) Never called it BS, C) kept both Myself and others minds open to what he had to share.

But any way you slice it.. the peice meal stuff thats getting passed arround now is not a HACK... It's bits and peices... thats all.. is that a bad thing HELLS NO... did I EVER SAY IT WAS... HELLS NO.

Get off your horse buddy... I'm all for testing and sharing what knowledge we have.

First of all this was not directed at you personally, or I would have addressed you personally, got it? Second of all, I read plenty, and I have been testing for quite a while myself. so there's not a whole lot you can enlighten me on. Thirdly, i don't give a rats ass who you are, you are nobody to me, so what do I care if you want to get into a pissing match. So give it a rest internet tough guy, cause you don't scare me. I am not on some high horse as you suggest, mearly an observer and a tester, that has seen this play out before. I think it's you that needs to get off the high horse there buddy. I am totally for testing, and totally against flammers that hinder progress, if this doesn't describe you, then don't take it to heart and move on.

I've never claimed to be the brightest bulb in the box... but damn if that didn't flick my switch...

Oh and for the record... I never mentioned anything about a HIGH horse...
